Providing a suitable storage environment for wine is important because wine is sensitive to every element near by, such as duration of sunshine, humidity, and temperature. Low temperature and humidity often causes the bottle cork to dry out and fracture. On the other hand, high temperature and humidity can cause the bottle cork to mold and even change the taste of wine.
Every bottle of wine is just as sensitive as human when they encounter temperature and humidity. Overheating or under heating is both a 'no no' for these delicate children. Good Wine Store had take every little concerns into account when designing the interior of the store, therefore the store is insulated, ventilated for better control of the temperature and the humidity surrounding the wine.

光线的艺术
葡萄酒的存放对光线有很高的要求，尤其需要避免带有大量紫外线光源的照射，大量有害光线的照射对酒体将会造成不可逆转的伤害。美酒佳采用了专业暖色调冷光灯为主的光源，低强度、低热量，同时力争避免直射，最大限度地减少紫外线对葡萄酒的伤害。
而各种灯具的造型与布光效果也和整个空间的装修风格相得益彰，烘托出富于律动美感的艺术整体风格。
温度与湿度的感悟
世界各地的日照时间、温度及湿度的变化往往差异巨大，而葡萄酒对这些因素的变化亦十分敏感，只有提供有利的储藏环境才能确保优质的葡萄酒有一个健康的成熟过程！而温度及湿度的控制往往容易被忽视，过低的湿度容易使软木瓶塞发干断裂，而过高的湿度则会导致瓶塞霉变，从而诱发酒质异味。
每一瓶葡萄酒都是有生命的，因此它们对温度变化的敏感性有如人体般敏锐，热血翻腾与冷若冰霜都不合时宜，它们有如不断成长的婴孩，需要相对恒定的温度来保护成长。因此美酒佳在环境设计时充分考虑到了隔热、通风，以及通过专用设备来控制温度、湿度的变化，从而更好地呵护美酒，营造出美好的珍藏环境。
